**Summary/Objective:** Ezderm is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive new business acquisition and expand our footprint in the dermatology market. Founded by a practicing dermatologist, our platform was designed to solve the specific documentation and operational inefficiencies of the specialty. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle, identifying practices that require a more intuitive, mobile\-first approach to patient care and business management. This role requires a consultant who can demonstrate how our integrated suite—encompassing EHR, Practice Management, and billing services—creates a seamless experience for both providers and patients.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
* **High\-Impact Demonstrations:** Deliver compelling, value\-based presentations of our iPad\-native suite, articulating the ROI of a unified EHR, PM, and RCM solution.
* **Targeted Self\-Sourced Prospecting:** Supplement BDR\-generated leads by executing a strategic outreach plan to "Top 50" high\-value accounts within your assigned territory.
* **BDR Partnership:** Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to ensure seamless lead hand\-offs and provide feedback to optimize top\-of\-funnel messaging.
* **Stakeholder Navigation:** Identify and build consensus among diverse buying committees, including Physicians, Office Managers, and C\-suite executives.
* **Territory Orchestration:** Act as the Account Owner of your region by developing a strategic market plan to maximize Ezderm’s footprint and brand authority.
* **Market \& Competitive Intelligence:** Maintain expert\-level knowledge of dermatology industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Ezderm’s unique value proposition.
* **Event \& Field Representation:** Represent Ezderm at national conferences (e.g., AAD) and regional trade shows to convert high\-level networking into a qualified sales pipeline.
* **Cross\-Functional Alignment:** Partner with the Implementation and Account Management teams to ensure a successful transition and long\-term platform adoption for every new client.
* Perform other duties as assigned to support Ezderm’s client success.
**Qualifications:**
* You have 5\+ years of field sales experience, with a proven track record in SaaS (Healthcare IT, FinTech, or similar high\-complexity industries).
* You understand that sales is a numbers game; you are comfortable maintaining a high volume of daily outreach (dials/emails) to fuel your pipeline.
* You are proficient in the modern sales stack—Salesforce (CRM), HubSpot, Outreach.io, and Google Workspace.
* You are comfortable presenting on an iPad and can troubleshoot basic connectivity to ensure your demo is flawless.
* You are ready to travel up to 50% to meet with high\-value clients and represent Ezderm at national events.
