Job Description

The Account Executive, will represent Saisystems Technology services and digital platform offerings among the healthcare payor and provider organizations. As an Account Executive, you'll use your established healthcare industry network to generate leads, foster client relationships, and close deals. Your primary focus is healthcare organizations seeking innovative solutions to enhance patient engagement, streamline operations, and improve healthcare outcomes. Job Responsibilities: * Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare industry. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets. * Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Responsible for compelling presentation for all Saisystems Technology services and platforms through a consultative selling process. * Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare organizations, including C\-level executives, IT leaders, and clinical staff. Understand client needs and customize solutions to address their specific challenges and goals. * Pipeline Management: Manage deals from sales accepted lead through the pipeline to deal closure. * Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross\-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer success to ensure alignment and support throughout the sales process. * Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Achieve sales target and goal accomplishment. Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline, and forecasts. Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, market trends, and growth opportunities. Education Necessary for Position: * Bachelor's degree preferred Experience \& Skills Necessary for Position: * Minimum 5 years’ quota attainment selling digital healthcare services and/or SaaS (platform services, EHR, practice management, analytics) to healthcare industry executives and decision makers. * Knowledge of payor and provider organizations’ financial, clinical and operational priorities. * Knowledgeable in marketing and lead generation role in sales * Prior sales roles in metric driven organizations * Strong, professional communications skills including written, oral and presentation to effectively communicate with all customer leadership and providers. * Commitment to excellence and high standard. * Ability to prioritize and multi\-task. * Knowledge and proficiency with online video and communication tools, Microsoft Office (Excel Word, Power Point and Outlook) is required Work Environment: * Ability to work within a team in a remote work (distributed) environment. * This position operates in a professional work environment with occasional travel as needed.
