### **Job summary** We are seeking a smart, detail\-oriented, and dependable Accountant to join our team remotely. In this role, you will manage day\-to\-day financial records, oversee bookkeeping processes, support reporting, and help maintain efficient financial operations across the business. Min Qualification: OND Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time \- 9 to 5 Applicant Location: Nigeria ### **Job descriptions \& requirements** **Responsibilities:** * Record, classify, and maintain accurate daily financial transactions. * Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations. * Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with management accounts. * Process invoices, receipts, expenses, and payments accurately. * Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking. * Maintain organized digital records of financial documentation. * Monitor outstanding payments and follow up where necessary. * Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures and controls. * Provide accounting and administrative support as required. **Requirements:** * OND / HND / B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. * Minimum of 2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance experience. * Internship experience may be considered. * QuickBooks Certification is required. * Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping processes. * Hands\-on experience using QuickBooks for accounting tasks. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. * Close attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting. * Prior remote work experience is an added advantage. **What We Offer:** * Competitive monthly salary. * Fully remote and flexible work environment. * Career growth and professional development opportunities. * Supportive and collaborative team culture. * Performance feedback and continuous learning opportunities.
