All team members are singularly focused on providing clients with pragmatic, real\-world market approaches, built on the strong consumer, category and marketplace insights needed to create sustainable, profitable brand growth. **Position Overview** --------------------- The Associate Account Manager partners with Sales and Strategy to drive revenue growth across a portfolio of clients by owning day\-to\-day retail execution on major marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, and Target. They manage the operational setup of listings, promotions, deals, and retailer\-native sponsored solutions, ensuring programs launch on time and performance is optimized against core retail KPIs (sales, conversion, share of shelf, availability, and inventory health). Serving as a primary client contact, they translate reporting and platform data into clear insights and action plans while collaborating cross\-functionally to keep retail operations aligned with broader omnichannel initiatives. This is a remote position. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Partner with the sales team to drive overall eCommerce revenue growth across the client portfolio, with a focus on retail execution and operational excellence. * Own day\-to\-day retail operations across key retailer .com environments (Amazon, Walmart, Target etc..), ensuring listings, promotions, and programs are set up correctly and on time. * Plan, execute, and manage retailer\-native sponsored solutions as part of broader retail strategies (supporting visibility, conversion, and operational goals rather than standalone media performance). * Support retail plans across Amazon, Walmart, Target, and additional marketplaces, aligned to client business objectives and retailer calendars * Forecast investment and performance in partnership with sales and strategy teams to support revenue, profitability, and inventory goals * Launch and maintain campaigns, deals, and retail programs within retailer platforms * Monitor performance and recommend optimizations tied to retail KPIs (sales, conversion, share of shelf, availability), executing changes directly in\-platform * Own ongoing retail reporting and analysis, translating performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams. * Act as a primary client contact for retail execution, building trust through strong communication, operational rigor, and consistent follow\-through. * Collaborate cross\-functionally with media, analytics, and strategy teams to ensure retail operations are aligned with broader omnichannel initiatives. **Required Experience and Education** ------------------------------------- * 1–2\+ years of experience in: + eCommerce or retail operations (Amazon, Walmart, Target, or other online retailers) + Client or account management + Digital retail programs such as sponsored products, promotions, or on\-site merchandising * Hands\-on experience managing retailer platforms and tools (e.g., Seller/Vendor Central, Walmart Seller Center, Target Roundel, or similar). * Understanding of core retail metrics including sales, conversion rate, ROAS, inventory health, and assortment performance. * Strong analytical skills with comfort working in spreadsheets, dashboards, and performance reporting. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain data, issues, and recommendations. * Highly organized with strong prioritization skills in a fast\-paced, client\-facing environment. * Self\-motivated, detail\-oriented, and comfortable owning workstreams end to end. * Willingness to roll up sleeves and dive into execution; a proactive, solution\-oriented mindset. * Bachelor’s Degree or higher **Benefits** ------------ MPG offers a generous package of health benefits, including medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD, paid maternity/paternity leave and life insurance.
