Associate Manager Communications

As an **associate manager of communications**, you’ll lead a team responsible for delivering brand\-compliant, agent\-facing or business\-to\-business (B2B) communications that support Progressive’s Agency Marketing goals. In this role, you’ll manage three direct reports and oversee content creation across multiple workstreams, including B2B, digital communications (email, web copy, etc.), agent\-facing marketing materials, and occasional internal communications for critical issue management. In addition, you’ll drive work process improvements, optimize workflows, and leverage emerging technologies to increase speed\-to\-market. This is a remote position.
