**Qualifications** * Experience leading and mentoring sales teams in a player\-coach capacity * Proven success driving cloud services revenue and complex sales initiatives * Experience building or scaling a sales practice or go\-to\-market motion * Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred * 7\+ years of experience in sales leadership, business development, or cloud\-focused sales roles * Demonstrated ability to drive large, multi\-stakeholder sales cycles * Experience influencing and leading across matrixed organizations * Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non\-technical audiences * Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship\-building skills * Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English * Passion for cloud technology, business transformation, and continuous learning Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $175,000\.00 to $225,000\.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay. The well\-being of WWT employees is essential. This role is a player\-coach position responsible for setting the direction and strategy for the AWS sales practice, mentoring and leading AWS sellers, and directly contributing to revenue growth. This role plays a critical part in executing WWT's AWS Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) by ensuring AWS partnership alignment, driving a repeatable services pipeline, and delivering against Cloud Services sales goals and objectives. Work will be primarily remote. **Responsibilities** * Lead the overall strategy, direction, and execution of the AWS sales practice * Serve as a player\-coach by carrying sales responsibilities while mentoring and developing AWS sellers * Drive pipeline creation, deal execution, and revenue growth aligned to AWS SCA commitments * Own AWS partnership activities that create and sustain a services pipeline flywheel, including co\-sell execution, joint pipeline reviews, account planning, and alignment with AWS field teams * Build and maintain strong relationships with AWS partnership, sales, and specialist teams to accelerate services pipeline generation and deal velocity * Establish and refine go\-to\-market motions for AWS cloud services and solutions in close partnership with AWS * Partner closely with internal cloud delivery, engineering, and services teams to ensure sales strategy aligns with execution capability * Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand business needs and position AWS\-based solutions that drive measurable outcomes * Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the sales cycle and post\-sale engagements * Enable AWS sellers through coaching, deal strategy support, and best\-practice sharing * Present and communicate effectively with technical teams, sales leadership, and executive stakeholders * Develop and maintain sales enablement materials including presentations, playbooks, and case studies * Collaborate with AWS and internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and remove barriers to execution * Participate in internal leadership forums and communities to improve consistency, scale, and effectiveness of the AWS sales motion
