As a **BI developer mid or senior** on the People Analytics team, you’ll help build highly available, scalable cloud‑based data solutions that support HR customers by designing, maintaining, and optimizing data platforms that address complex challenges in data transformation, orchestration, and replication. In this role, you’ll collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure solutions are both feasible and sustainable, serve as a subject matter expert providing insight‑driven recommendations. Additionally, this role offers opportunities for continuous growth through innovation, exposure to new challenges, and ongoing training. You’ll help influence both short‑ and long‑term strategies for platform‑level solutions across the HR data ecosystem.
