Part\-Time Business Development for Advertising \& Media The Really Resourceful Group Chicago/Milwaukee\- Remote Hybrid Part\-Time \| Commission \+ Bonus Potential **About Us** The Really Resourceful Group is a media planning and buying agency that helps businesses make smarter advertising decisions. We specialize in building strategic media campaigns across digital, streaming, radio, television, social media, search, and traditional advertising channels. Unlike large agencies that bury clients in layers of bureaucracy, we move quickly, think strategically, and focus on results. We are looking for a motivated, outgoing sales professional who can help grow our client base by identifying businesses that need expert advertising and media buying support. **About the Role** This is not a “sit behind a desk and wait for leads” position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable networking, prospecting, cold calling, emailing, attending business events, and building relationships with business owners and marketing decision\-makers. Your primary responsibility will be generating new business opportunities and helping companies understand how strategic media buying can improve their marketing performance. **This role is ideal for someone who:** * Enjoys meeting people. * Is self\-motivated. * Has confidence talking with business owners. * Wants flexible hours. * Wants uncapped earning potential. * Understands marketing and advertising sales. **Responsibilities** * Prospect and develop new business relationships. * Identify companies that could benefit from media buying and advertising services. * Attend networking events and community business functions. * Conduct outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, and in\-person meetings. * Set appointments and assist in the sales process. * Help present advertising recommendations and campaign strategies. * Maintain relationships with prospects and clients. * Work closely with agency leadership on new business development initiatives. **Compensation** * Part\-time flexible schedule. * Commission\-based compensation with strong upside potential. * Bonus opportunities available. * Opportunity to grow into a larger role over time. Qualifications Preferred qualifications include: * Previous sales experience. * Experience in advertising, media, marketing, radio, television, digital marketing, or business development is a plus. * Strong communication and relationship\-building skills. * Comfortable with cold outreach and networking. * Organized and self\-directed. * Familiarity with local businesses and the Chicago/Milwaukee/Madison markets is helpful.
