Currently, we decorate over 3 million shirts per year in our 90,000 square foot facility, located on the west side of Cleveland. We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in others’ lives and who strives to be their best self. **About the role:** As a ChurchMerch Account Executive, your primary responsibility is to deliver an amazing custom apparel experience to our faith based customers. This role requires a people first mindset, and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks. The Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition, account development, outbound prospecting, and relationship building. The ideal candidate is a self\-driven sales professional who can effectively manage their time, stay organized, and remain accountable to clearly defined performance and activity expectations. **Responsibilities** ● The AE will be responsible for achieving an annual sales goal ● Main tasks to achieve sales goals are: 1\) Prospecting and closing new customers through outbound efforts and referrals. 2\) Developing and expanding assigned accounts by identifying new opportunities, increasing share of wallet, and driving additional sales. ● Build and manage a healthy pipeline aligned with the annual revenue goal ● Maintain accurate deal, activity, and forecasting data within the company CRM, Pipedrive. ● Follow assigned KPI’s to meet goals. ● Collaborate with the HQ Sales Team to support shared goals and initiatives. ● Occasional travel will be required (\~3 times per year) \*Duties and responsibilities will vary and grow with time and experience **Required Experience and Skills** ● People centered ● Detail\-oriented with excellent organizational skills ● Comfortable prioritizing and batching workload ● Strong communication skills ● Sales experience ● Ability to be resourceful Job Type: Full time Work Location: Remote *University Tees is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans*. **\*PLEASE NOTE\- YOU** ***MUST*** **ANSWER ALL APPLICATION QUESTIONS TO BE CONSIDERED\*** Pay: $55,000\.00 \- $70,000\.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * Why are you interested in becoming a ChurchMerch Account Executive for University Tees?
