Client Success/ Account Manager

If you thrive in a fast\-paced environment, excel at communication, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, this opportunity is perfect for you! **Responsibilities** * Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through regular communication, ensuring their goals align with our solutions. * Manage client accounts efficiently using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track interactions, preferences, and opportunities. * Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify upsell or cross\-sell opportunities that add value to clients’ businesses. * Provide expert guidance on our SaaS products, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support to maximize client success. * Monitor client health metrics and analyze feedback to proactively address potential issues before they escalate. * Coordinate project management activities to ensure timely delivery of solutions tailored to client needs. * Serve as a trusted advisor by offering insights into industry trends, financial services regulations, and best practices for client growth. **Experience** * Proven experience in account management or client success roles * Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. * Familiarity with Salesforce or other customer relationship management platforms is highly desirable. * Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—that enable clear, positive interactions with clients and internal teams. * Demonstrated sales aptitude with a focus on customer relationship management and strategic account growth. * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and recommend actionable solutions. * Background in marketing or analysis skills is a plus for understanding client needs and market dynamics.
