Commercial Lines Account Manager

**Job Summary** A Florida\-based wholesale insurance operation serving approximately 2,000 independent retail agencies across personal and commercial lines. We move fast, we know our market, and we hold our team to a high standard. We're looking for a sharp, experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage a book of business, advise clients on coverage, and partner with team members, and carriers to protect what matters most to our clients. **Responsibilities** * Build and maintain strong relationships with our retail agency partners * Primary contact for your commercial accounts * Spot exposures, fix coverage gaps, guide renewal strateg * Lead remarketing and negotiate with carriers for the best terms * Partner with Producers and underwriters to win and retain business * Ensure compliance and stay current on trends across commercial insurance **Requirements** * Active Florida 2\`\-20 General Lines License (non\-negotiable) * Bi\-lingual English/Spanish (written and spoken) * 5 years Commercial Lines Account Management experience * Strong knowledge of Commercial Property; Generalist skillset * Knows the Florida market inside and out * Solid communication, organization, and follow\-through * Experience working in a wholesale or MGA market environment What We Offer * Competitive base salary \+ performance incentives * Growth opportunity within an established, expanding wholesaler Pay: $85,000\.00 \- $95,000\.00 per year Work Location: Remote
