Your future role at a glance: **Location:** Remote with about 5% travel**Department:** Experience Development**Schedule:** Day shift l Full\-time**Salary:** $87,463\.20 \- $121,918\.37 per year Eligible for an annual bonus incentive \#AscensionCXjobs \#LI\-Remote How you'll make an impact in this role: * Define clear messaging for CX initiatives, including what it is, why it matters, and who benefits, ensuring consistency across communications * Develop executive\-level presentations and materials for senior leadership and key forums * Partner with Internal and External Communications to align messaging, timing, and delivery * Manage CX communication standards, including presentation templates and visual storytelling guidance * Maintain CX presence across internal platforms, ensuring content is accurate, current, and aligned What minimum qualifications you'll need: Education:* High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. * 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
