Corporate Engagement Manager

**About the Role** America’s Warrior Partnership (AWP) is seeking a **Corporate Engagement Manager** to grow and steward national corporate partnerships that advance veteran success and strengthen the military\-connected workforce. This role is perfect for a relationship\-driven professional who knows how to align corporate goals with meaningful social impact. You’ll manage a portfolio of corporate partners, drive sponsorship revenue, increase program participation, and deepen employer engagement with veterans and military\-connected employees. **What You’ll Do** * Build, manage, and grow long\-term corporate partnerships * Secure corporate revenue through sponsorships, cause marketing, and employee engagement initiatives * Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate partners, ensuring strong engagement and retention * Educate partners on AWP programs, workforce initiatives, and veteran employment best practices * Collaborate with Programs, Development, and Marketing teams to align partnerships with mission and impact * Increase corporate participation in AWP programs at national and branch levels * Support virtual and in\-person events, campaigns, and corporate activations * Track outreach, engagement, revenue, and impact using Salesforce? * Prepare reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for leadership **What Success Looks Like** * Increased corporate participation in AWP programs * Strong growth and retention of a national corporate partner portfolio * Sponsorships and funding that meet or exceed annual development goals **What You Bring** * 3–5 years of experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorships, relationship management, or nonprofit development * Proven success securing corporate revenue and managing partner relationships * Strong communication, organization, and relationship\-building skills * Experience using Salesforce? or similar CRM platforms * Preferred: Military service background, veteran family member, or prior experience working with veteran\-focused initiatives. **Why Join AWP** Join a national movement dedicated to the empowerment of veterans.
