Job Description
Location
SoHo, New York City
Hybrid / Mostly remote, with occasional in\-person walkthroughs and client meetings.
About the Space
We are a high\-end creative loft, photo/video studio, and gallery space in the heart of SoHo, designed for private events, brand activations, showroom events, corporate gatherings, editorial shoots, product launches, dinners, panels, performances, and intimate cultural events.
The space includes a polished creative environment, professional photo/video equipment, lighting, projection, sound, gallery walls, lounge areas, and the ability to offer full production support for brands, agencies, artists, founders, and private clients.
We are looking for someone who can help turn the space into a consistently booked venue.
Role
We are hiring a **Corporate Event Sales Producer / Venue Booking Manager** to bring in paid bookings for the space.
This role is ideal for someone who already has relationships with brands, PR agencies, event planners, production companies, fashion companies, corporate clients, founders, luxury brands, art\-world contacts, or private clients who regularly need beautiful spaces in NYC.
This is not a passive admin role. We are looking for someone who can actively generate leads, reach out to clients, pitch the space, book walkthroughs, close deals, and help build recurring revenue.
What You’ll Do
* Bring in paid bookings for private events, corporate events, brand activations, launches, dinners, showrooms, shoots, and cultural events.
* Reach out to brands, PR agencies, event planners, production companies, galleries, founders, and corporate clients.
* Use your existing network to generate immediate opportunities.
* Coordinate client walkthroughs and help present the space professionally.
* Help package the space into clear offers for different client types.
* Follow up with leads and move them toward confirmed deposits.
* Help identify high\-value event opportunities in NYC.
* Track leads, conversations, proposals, and booked revenue.
* Work directly with the owner to shape pricing, offers, and sales strategy.
Ideal Candidate
You should have experience in one or more of these areas:
* Venue sales
* Corporate event sales
* PR / brand partnerships
* Experiential marketing
* Event production
* Fashion / luxury events
* Hospitality sales
* Production rentals
* Gallery or showroom events
* Private client / high\-net\-worth event planning
* Agency or brand\-side event coordination
You should already understand how to talk to clients who book spaces for events, shoots, launches, activations, and private gatherings.
Most Important Requirement
You must be able to bring real opportunities.
We are especially interested in candidates who already have relationships with:
* PR agencies
* Event planners
* Brand managers
* Fashion brands
* Luxury brands
* Production companies
* Corporate event teams
* Art galleries
* Influencer / talent agencies
* Founders and private clients
* Hospitality groups
* Media companies
Compensation
This role will begin with a **30\-day trial period**.
Compensation can be structured as:
* Commission per confirmed booking
* Base \+ commission after proven performance
* Higher monthly compensation for someone who can consistently generate revenue
We are open to building a strong compensation package for the right person, including a serious monthly base, but the first step is proving that the candidate can bring qualified leads and confirmed bookings.
What We’re Looking For
* Someone serious, connected, and proactive
* Someone who understands NYC events and corporate clients
* Someone who can sell taste, atmosphere, location, and production value
* Someone comfortable reaching out directly to decision\-makers
* Someone who can move fast and create real bookings
* Someone who wants upside, not just a passive job
What We’re Not Looking For
* Someone with no event, PR, sales, or client network
* Someone who only wants an admin role
* Someone who needs months of training before reaching out
* Someone who cannot show examples of past bookings, clients, events, or relevant relationships
How to Apply
Send:
* A short intro about your experience
* Examples of events, clients, venues, brands, or productions you have worked with
* The types of clients you believe you could bring in
