We are currently looking for a full\-time Customer Service Representative to add to our growing team. This is a remote position but if hired, you will need to conform to the working hours of 8am\-5pm Pacific Time. Our employees are friendly, talented, and system oriented. The Customer Service Representative supports our customers by resolving concerns as well as answering questions, providing information about products and services, taking orders, and processing returns. They are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers by applying in\-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service and sales department. ***Specific job responsibilities include but are not limited to:*** * Answering and facilitating upwards of 50\-60 calls a day. * Providing timely and accurate information to incoming customers regarding order status and questions about products. * Processing customer orders including new orders and changes or returns to existing ones while following established department policies and procedures. * Working closely with the billing department to resolve disputed credit items. * Engaging in phone\-based verbal communication, as well as written and electronic contact. * Meeting and maintaining strict company deadlines. * Adhering to Medicare and Medicaid guidelines. * Providing timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns. * Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations. * Assisting with the maintaining and monitoring of electronic data for established customers. * Monitoring production of order schedules and expediting deliveries per customer requests. * Operating inventory control software, word processing and spreadsheet applications. * Gathering additional customer information as necessary to resolve customer disputes. * Maintaining detailed files for documentation. * Drafting letters and quotes for customers. ***Qualifications:*** * Must be available to work 8am to 5pm PST. * 3 years previous experience in elevated Customer Service. * DME/Drop Ship experience highly preferred but not required. * Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and be proficient at navigating web\-based applications. * Brightree experience is a plus! * Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. * Must have high attention to detail. * Must be dependable and adaptable.
