Data Analyst Senior - Commercial Lines

As a **data analyst senior** on the Agency Operations Analytics team, you'll serve as a strategic partner to our sales, product, and process teams by transforming data into insights that influence and advance our Commercial Lines Strategy. In this role you will become the subject matter expert for commercial analytics and reporting. You'll work cross functionally to analyze complex commercial data, identify meaningful trends, and uncover opportunities that drive business outcomes. In this role, you'll facilitate discussions with business leaders, translate analytical findings into clear recommendations, and help shape decisions that strengthen sales performance and operational effectiveness. You'll further collaborate with stakeholders on commercial reporting needs, designing dashboards and reports supporting business objectives, ensuring data accuracy, and providing actionable insights that empower decision\-making and drive measurable results.
