Delphi Developer

Typical Responsibilities * Develop and maintain desktop or client\-server applications using Delphi/Object Pascal * Analyze business and technical requirements * Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code * Debug and troubleshoot application issues * Upgrade and modernize legacy Delphi applications * Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and third\-party systems * Optimize software performance and scalability * Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment * Create technical documentation * Collaborate with QA, business analysts, and cross\-functional teams Required Skills * Strong experience with Delphi (Delphi 7 through modern XE/11/12 versions) * Good understanding of Object\-Oriented Programming (OOP) * Experience with: * VCL / FireMonkey * SQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) * REST APIs and Web Services * XML / JSON * Git or other version control systems * Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies * Problem\-solving and debugging skills Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field * Experience maintaining legacy enterprise systems * Familiarity with DevExpress, FastReports, or third\-party Delphi components * Experience with modern integrations or migration projects * Knowledge of C\#, Java, or .NET is often considered a plus Pay: $45\.00 \- $55\.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
