At ePractice Manager, we partner with dental professionals across the United States to enhance practice management, boost operational efficiency, and improve patient care. Through subscription\-based coaching, HR services, systems management, and customized consulting, we deliver results\-driven solutions that empower dental teams. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Dental Professional to join our team as an ePractice Manager to work directly with our clients, helping them optimize their practices and achieve their business goals.
**The Role:**
As an ePractice Manager consultant, you will work closely with dentists and dental specialists, providing high\-impact coaching and consulting to transform practice operations. You will be responsible for gathering insights, analyzing data, and delivering tailored recommendations to improve practice performance. This role includes hands\-on training, system implementation, and occasional travel to client offices. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic, client\-focused environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of dental practices through client interviews, surveys, data analysis, and performance metrics.
* Identify practice inefficiencies and formulate customized solutions to address weaknesses and optimize operations.
* Lead initial client consultations, onboarding new clients into the consulting program, and setting clear expectations.
* Present findings and actionable recommendations to clients with clear, concise reports and strategic advice.
* Manage and execute client projects, including personnel management, recruiting, onboarding, training, and system implementation.
* Collaborate with clients to implement business plans and resolve challenges as they arise.
* Ensure successful outcomes by providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and problem\-solving.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in dental management and consulting.
* Strong background in HR, marketing, business management, and operational metrics.
* Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with dental practice management software (CRM, EMR, etc.).
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
* Proven problem\-solving ability and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* A degree in Business Administration or a related field (BSc/BA required; MSc/MA is a plus).
* Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and on\-site consultations.
