We are seeking an **experienced Digital Marketing Strategist** who can lead client strategy, communicate effectively with clients, and work collaboratively with our internal team to drive successful marketing outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Client Communication \& Strategy**
* Serve as the primary strategic contact for assigned client accounts
* Lead client meetings and communicate marketing strategies, results, and recommendations
* Translate client business goals into actionable digital marketing strategies
* Maintain consistent and proactive communication with clients
**Reporting \& Performance Analysis**
* Prepare and present monthly performance reports
* Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
* Track KPIs including lead generation, traffic, conversions, and ROI
* Provide data\-driven insights and strategic recommendations to clients
**SEO Strategy**
* Develop and oversee SEO strategy including technical SEO, on\-page optimization, and content planning
* Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
* Monitor search rankings, organic traffic, and performance metrics
* Collaborate with internal teams to implement SEO improvements
**Lead Generation**
* Develop and manage digital lead generation strategies
* Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels
* Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and lead quality
* Collaborate with paid media teams to increase qualified traffic
**Team Collaboration**
* Work closely with internal teams including SEO specialists, content creators, paid media specialists, and operations
* Provide strategic direction and guidance to support campaign execution
* Ensure marketing initiatives are aligned across departments
* Contribute to a fun, collaborative and results\-driven team environment
* Initiate new best practices and improve existing processes
* Regularly document your work so there’s a record of what happened
**Qualifications**
**Required Experience**
* 7\+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy
* Proven experience working with clients in an agency or consulting environment
* Strong expertise in SEO strategy and organic growth
* Experience developing lead generation campaigns
* Experience managing paid search and social campaigns at a performance level
* Experience presenting reports and marketing performance to clients
**Technical Skills**
* SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
* Google Analytics / GA4
* CRM and marketing automation platforms
* Marketing reporting dashboards
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and attribution
**Soft Skills**
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong strategic and analytical thinking
* Ability to work effectively with a team
* Highly organized and detail\-oriented
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and clients
* Ability to communicate with amusing gifs

**Work Arrangement**
