Digital Marketing Specialist

**About the Role** We run two B2B cannabis equipment brands \- STM Canna and RollCraft. You will own our owned\-channel marketing: SEO, blog content, email campaigns, WordPress, and analytics. The strategy and content calendar are built. We need someone to execute consistently and improve over time. **Responsibilities** * Optimize both WordPress sites for SEO using RankMath Pro * Maintain and update schema markup (Product, FAQ, VideoObject) * Monitor Google Search Console monthly and act on ranking data * Write and publish 2\-4 blog posts per month across both brands * Build and manage email campaigns and nurture sequences in Zoho Campaigns * Segment email lists by region, customer type, and prospect status * Build and edit pages in Elementor and Kubio Pro without developer support * Implement CRO improvements: pricing placement, form cleanup, CTA updates * Install and interpret Microsoft Clarity heatmaps and session recordings * Read GA4 data and deliver a monthly report on what moved and why * Produce blog headers, email graphics, and social tiles in Canva or Figma **Requirements** * Hands\-on SEO experience with RankMath, Yoast, or equivalent * WordPress page building with Elementor or similar drag\-and\-drop builder * B2B or technical content writing experience * GA4 and Google Search Console proficiency * Email platform experience (Zoho, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar) * Canva or Figma for graphics production * Basic HTML and CSS **Nice to Have** * Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar experience * Schema markup implementation experience * Cannabis or regulated industry background **To Apply:** * Submit your resume * include a brief note about your experience with email marketing and social content execution Pay: $22\.00 \- $24\.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote
