**Education Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree Required * MBA degree is a plus. **Work Experience** * 3–6 years of experience in product management, digital delivery, consulting, or a closely related role. * Experience contributing to digital products or platforms across discovery and iterative delivery phases. * Foundational understanding of digital platforms, analytics, and data or AI concepts, with the ability to connect features to user and business value. * Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced, client‑facing environments. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain product decisions to technical and non‑technical audiences. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** * Working knowledge of software engineering principles and modern AI/data platforms (GenAI, RAG, agents, analytics, automation) * Ability to break down complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and delivery plans * Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messaging for technical and non\-technical audiences * Structured problem\-solving and prioritization skills * Comfort working in fast\-moving, ambiguous environments with evolving requirements * Strong collaboration skills and stakeholder management discipline * Familiarity with Agile/Lean product development practices * High attention to detail with the ability to zoom out to understand broader portfolio context **Travel Requirements** * Up to 50% of the time **Is this role an individual contributor or have direct reports?** This role may manage a small team and/or lead matrixed product and offering teams. **Want to know more about WWT Digital? https://www.wwt.com/category/digital/overview** Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $130,000 \- $160,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay. The well\-being of WWT employees is essential. This role works within cross‑functional consulting teams to translate client business needs into actionable product requirements and product vision, contributing to data‑ and AI‑enabled solutions that deliver measurable user and business value. The Product Manager operates with guidance from senior product leaders while building strong execution skills, product judgment, and client‑facing experience. **Responsibilities** * Contribute to and lead product discovery activities including user research, stakeholder interviews, requirements gathering, and opportunity validation. * Translate business requirements and user needs into clear product vision, documentation and roadmaps. * Support delivery across the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment between design, engineering, and data teams during implementation. * Assist in identifying and validating data‑ and AI‑enabled product use cases (e.g., insights, personalization, automation, generative features) under the guidance of senior product leadership * Guide decisions and collaborate on solution approaches, including build vs. buy vs. fine\-tune, in collaboration with technology and account teams. * Apply responsible AI and data considerations—such as privacy, transparency, and ethical usage—within product requirements and delivery discussions. * Maintain and prioritize product backlogs to support sprint planning and iterative delivery * Prepare product updates, demos, and status communications for internal teams and client stakeholders, clearly articulating progress and tradeoffs. * Support pre‑sales and account activities by contributing product insights, delivery learnings, and solution details to proposals and presentations.
