**Organization:** Baldrige Foundation **Location:** Remote / Hybrid (U.S.\-based preferred) **Reports To:** President \& CEO **Position Overview** The Director of the Institute for Performance Excellence leads the growth, operations, and strategic execution of the Institute as a national platform for leadership development, organizational improvement, and performance excellence. This role oversees partnership development, membership growth, program execution, and alignment with the broader Baldrige enterprise. The Director works closely with the President \& CEO to expand the reach and impact of the Institute through scalable education, tools, technologies, and strategic relationships. **Key Responsibilities** **Strategy \& Operations** * Lead day\-to\-day Institute operations and long\-term growth initiatives. * Align Institute offerings with the Baldrige Excellence Framework and Foundation priorities. * Establish goals, performance metrics, and operational systems. **Partnerships \& Membership Growth** * Develop strategic partnerships across business, nonprofit, education, government, and international sectors. * Drive growth and retention of individual, organizational, and international memberships. * Expand channel partnerships and recurring revenue opportunities. **Program \& Platform Oversight** * Oversee Institute programs, including online courses, certifications, onboarding programs, and assessment tools. * Ensure offerings remain high\-quality, scalable, and market responsive. * Support the integration and adoption of the Performance Intelligence Platform and related technologies. **Marketing \& Revenue Growth** * Collaborate with Marketing \& Communications to drive awareness, engagement, and enrollment. * Monitor membership growth, partnership performance, program participation, and revenue metrics. * Use data and insights to improve performance and member experience. **Cross\-Functional Leadership** * Collaborate with teams across development, events, awards, and framework initiatives. * Support the advancement of the unified Baldrige enterprise strategy. **Qualifications** * 7–10\+ years of leadership experience in partnerships, business development, membership growth, or program management. * Experience building and scaling mission\-driven or platform\-based initiatives. * Strong relationship\-building and operational leadership skills. * Familiarity with performance excellence, quality systems, or organizational improvement frameworks preferred. * Experience working across multiple sectors preferred. **Compensation** * Base Salary: $125,000 (W\-2 Employee) * Performance\-based commission structure tied to membership and revenue growth. **Success Measures** * Membership and partnership growth. * Increased program participation and engagement. * Revenue growth tied to Institute offerings. * Successful implementation and utilization of Institute tools and platforms. * Improved member satisfaction and retention.
