Job Description
**Core Responsibilities**
**Technology \& Automation Strategy**
* Lead technology and automation initiatives across the organization.
* Evaluate and implement AI\-driven communication and workflow tools.
* Improve operational efficiency through automation and system integrations.
* Identify process bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions.
* Assist leadership with technology planning and operational strategy.
* Oversee implementation of new operational technologies and platforms.
**Strategic Partnerships \& Vendor Management**
* Manage relationships with technology vendors, telecom providers, AI partners, and operational service providers.
* Hold vendors accountable for timelines, deliverables, uptime, and performance.
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, renewals, and service\-level expectations.
* Evaluate new technology partnerships and operational opportunities.
* Coordinate cross\-functional implementation projects with external partners.
**Systems \& Operational Support**
* Oversee operational systems including:
* ACE/Interprose
* Dialer and telecom platforms
* Reporting platforms
* Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
* Payment integrations
* Client file workflows
* Secure file transfer processes
* Work with internal teams to improve collector workflows and operational efficiency.
* Ensure systems remain reliable, secure, and scalable.
* Coordinate with MSPs and external IT support teams.
**AI \& Digital Transformation**
* Lead AI implementation projects for voice, SMS, chat, and workflow automation.
* Assist in developing compliant AI engagement strategies.
* Improve reporting and KPI visibility related to automation performance.
* Evaluate operational ROI of AI initiatives.
* Identify opportunities to reduce manual labor through automation.
**Compliance \& Security Collaboration**
* Partner with compliance and leadership to support:
* HIPAA compliance
* TCPA compliance
* PCI/security standards
* Data privacy initiatives
* Business continuity planning
* Assist with cybersecurity oversight and vendor risk management.
* Support incident response coordination when necessary.
**Reporting \& Analytics**
* Improve operational dashboard visibility and reporting efficiency.
* Develop KPI tracking related to:
* Collections performance
* Payment trends
* Automation effectiveness
* Operational productivity
* Vendor performance
* Assist with client reporting improvements and implementation reporting needs.
**Client \& Growth Support**
* Participate in client implementations and onboarding initiatives.
* Support strategic client presentations and operational technology discussions.
* Assist with RFP responses and operational growth initiatives.
* Help identify scalable operational opportunities for future expansion.
**Required Qualifications**
**Experience**
* 5–10\+ years of experience in operational technology, automation, vendor management, or strategic operations leadership.
* Experience in collections, healthcare revenue cycle, contact centers, BPO, fintech, or regulated service industries preferred.
* Experience managing technology vendors and operational projects.
* Experience implementing automation or AI\-driven solutions preferred.
* Experience working in fast\-paced operational environments.
**Technical \& Operational Knowledge**
Strong understanding of:
* Operational workflow automation
* AI and conversational platforms
* Telecom/contact center environments
* Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
* Reporting and dashboard systems
* Vendor management
* Systems integrations
* HIPAA and regulated environments
* Business continuity and operational risk management
Preferred familiarity with:
* ACE/Interprose
* TCN or similar dialer systems
* Payment platforms
* Healthcare collections workflows
* Insurance overpayment recovery operations
* Secure file exchange processes

**Compensation Structure**
**Compensation Package**
* Base Salary: $125,000 annually
* Monthly Performance Bonus: Based on company performance and KPI achievement
Pay: From $125,000\.00 per year
