Your future role at a glance: * **Location:** Remote * **Department:** Growth Marketing \& Digital Experience (GMDx) * **Schedule:** Day shift \| Full time * **Salary:** $157,229 \- $221,971 per year * Eligible for an annual bonus incentive How you'll make an impact in this role: * Serve as a transformational delivery leader, owning end\-to\-end execution of complex software integrations with full accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and measurable business outcomes. * Drive operational excellence across engineering and cross\-functional teams, implementing scalable delivery frameworks, stage\-gate governance, discovery standards, and KPI\-driven reporting (RAID, financials, resource plans) to ensure predictable, high\-quality product releases. * Partner with Product, PMO, Finance, and executive leadership to build and execute strategic program roadmaps, manage interdependencies, mitigate risk, and make high\-judgment decisions that align delivery outcomes with organizational priorities. * Own financial stewardship for delivery portfolios, leading annual opex/capex planning, burn tracking, forecasting, and contract oversight to ensure disciplined investment management and optimized vendor performance. * Build and scale a high\-performing Product Delivery organization, hiring and developing top\-tier delivery leaders and Scrum Masters, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and advancing Agile best practices across the enterprise. What minimum qualifications you'll need: Education:* High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
