Visit our website to read more about us. **ABOUT THE ROLE****—** Zoom is seeking a Field Marketing Event Manager to support the Account Based Marketing (ABM) and Vertical Marketing teams through the planning and execution of high\-impact field events and experiential marketing programs. This role is responsible for the end\-to\-end coordination and operational management of events, ensuring every activation delivers a premium brand experience while driving measurable pipeline and engagement outcomes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail\-oriented, and thrives in fast\-paced environments where managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and event logistics simultaneously is critical to success. **—** Event Strategy \& Execution Support the planning and execution of field marketing events aligned to Account Based Marketing and vertical marketing initiatives. Coordinate event timelines, logistics, and operational workflows to ensure seamless execution from planning through post\-event reporting. Event Logistics \& Vendor Management Own event logistics including:* Venue sourcing and coordination * Contract negotiation support * Vendor management * Catering coordination * A/V and production management * Event signage and branding * Swag and promotional materials Ensure all event deliverables are executed on time and aligned to brand standards. Registration \& Attendee Experience Build and maintain event calendars and timelines. Manage registration platforms, attendee communications, confirmations, reminders, and on\-site check\-in processes. Coordinate run\-of\-show execution and support day\-of event logistics to ensure a high\-quality attendee experience. Budget Management \& Reporting Manage event budgets, purchase order processing, vendor reconciliation, and expense tracking. Capture and upload event leads into CRM systems within 48 hours post\-event. Develop post\-event reporting and recaps, including:* Attendance metrics * Registration\-to\-attendance conversion * Attendee engagement * Pipeline impact Recommendations for future optimization * Cross\-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with marketing, sales, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment across event goals, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate on\-site staffing and support effective communication across all teams involved in event execution. Performance Tracking Track and report on key event KPIs including:* Events delivered on time and within budget * Attendee satisfaction * Lead capture metrics * Pipeline generation Event engagement performance * **—*** 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, event management, experiential marketing, or campaign operations within B2B technology or SaaS environments. * Experience managing multiple events and competing priorities simultaneously. * Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. * Experience coordinating event logistics, vendors, and attendee communications. * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross\-functional teams. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to operate efficiently in fast\-paced environments. * Willingness and ability to travel for event execution as needed. **—*** Experience supporting Account Based Marketing (ABM) or enterprise field marketing initiatives. * Familiarity with CRM and event registration platforms. * Experience tracking event KPIs and pipeline attribution metrics. * Background supporting both virtual and in\-person event programs. * Experience working within high\-growth technology or SaaS organizations. ### **Key Responsibilities** **—** Event Strategy \& Execution Support the planning and execution of field marketing events aligned to Account Based Marketing and vertical marketing initiatives.
