We are dedicated to delivering cutting\-edge technology that enhances diagnostic capabilities in healthcare settings. **Position Overview:** Del Medical leaders in medical imaging, are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of radiographic imaging systems. This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality service and that our products operate efficiently, contributing to optimal patient care. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Install and Configure:** Perform the installation and setup of radiographic imaging equipment contrast media injectors at various healthcare facilities. * **Maintenance and Troubleshooting:** Provide routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services to ensure that all equipment operates according to manufacturer specifications. * **Customer Training:** Deliver on\-site training to healthcare professionals on the proper use and maintenance of our equipment. * **Technical Support:** Offer remote and on\-site technical support to resolve customer issues and minimize equipment downtime. * **Documentation:** Maintain detailed service records, including work orders, maintenance logs, and parts used. * **Compliance:** Adhere to all relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. **Qualifications:** 2\+ years of field service experience, preferably in the medical device industry. * Associate degree in biomedical equipment technology, electronics, engineering technology, or related field, or equivalent military or technical training * Expertise in medical imaging systems and radiographic products is highly desirable. * Strong electromechanical and troubleshooting skills. * Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. * Ability to travel extensively, with some assignments requiring short notice. * Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation. * Comfortable working independently in hospital and clinical environments **Preferred Qualifications:** Certification in medical device repair and maintenance. * Experience in working in a hospital or clinical environment. * Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the medical device industry. **Working Conditions:** Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment as needed. * Willingness to work in various healthcare settings, including hospitals and outpatient clinics. * Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when necessary. **Benefits:** Competitive salary and benefits package. * Auto Allowance * Reimbursed expenses for Gas, lodging, meals * Health, dental, and vision insurance. * STD, LTD, Life and AD\&D Insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match. * Paid time off, including holidays and vacation. * Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
