**Location: Remote** **Type: W2 Contract** **Duration: Long\-term ongoing** **Engagement: 2\-week intensive sprint up to 40 hours/week, recycles every \~60 days** **Compensation Range: $55 \- 61 per hour** Cella is seeking a talented **Freelance Video Editor** to join a specialized team within the in\-house agency of our client, an American\-based manufacturer of farm and construction equipment: Roughly every 60 days, we execute a 2\-week intensive sprint where we build out digital and web assets. Project assignments during these windows of time may reach up to full\-time hours, subject to content approval and production needs. Predictability: While work is project\-based, sprint dates are typically scheduled 5\-6 weeks in advance to allow for your planning. **Responsibilities:** * Own the creation and editing of high\-volume 15\- and 35\-second video advertisements, producing platform\-specific content across a wide range of formats and sizes for social, web, and digital placements. * Take rough storyboards and turn them into compelling short\-form narratives that align with our brand voice and sales goals. * Organize and manage a complex library of project files and localized assets within a fast\-paced environment. * Deliver high\-quality exports optimized for various platforms while maintaining strict version control. * Partner closely with our internal Creative Directors and Project Managers to iterate quickly based on real\-time feedback. **Qualifications:** * Proven experience delivering high\-end video content under tight, sprint\-based deadlines. * Basic understanding of type animation. * Expert\-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro and After Effects are essential). * Ability to manage project tracking, file naming conventions, and assets with extreme attention to detail. * You can jump into a project, identify what's needed, and push it toward the finish line.
