We are especially interested in clinicians who can provide services in languages commonly spoken across the state, including Native Americans languages, Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Russian, Ukrainian, Korean, Tagalog, Arabic, Somali, or Punjabi. **⸻** **Role Description** This is a fully remote 1099 contract opportunity for ***fully*** licensed clinicians located in Washington State or eligible to practice in Washington via telehealth. Clinicians will provide individual counseling services through a secure telehealth platform, develop treatment plans, maintain clinical documentation, and support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals. Clinicians maintain flexibility and autonomy over their schedules while working within a supportive and collaborative practice environment. **⸻** **Qualifications** \* Active and **unrestricted** Washington license in one of the following: \* LMHC \* LICSW \* LMFT \* Psychologist \* Fully licensed clinicians only (associates not currently being considered for this job adverstisment) \* Fluency in English and at least one additional language commonly spoken in Washington State, including: \* Native Americans Languages \* Spanish \* Mandarin \* Cantonese \* Vietnamese \* Russian \* Ukrainian \* Korean \* Tagalog \* Arabic \* Somali \* Punjabi \* Experience with treatment planning and clinical documentation \* Strong knowledge of mental health assessment and psychotherapy \* Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment \* Strong interpersonal and communication skills \* Experience providing telehealth services preferred \* Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage \& Family Therapy, or related field ⸻ **Position Details** \* Fully remote telehealth position \* 1099 independent contractor role \* Flexible scheduling \* Washington State clients only \* Private pay practice model; with insurance clients to come Pay: $54\.00 \- $120\.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Language: * one of the languages listed (Required) License/Certification: * unrestricted license in the state of WA (Required) Work Location: Remote
