**Position Overview**
The Fundraising and Partnership Specialist will oversee fundraising initiatives, donor engagement, sponsorship development, and revenue generating efforts for the youth program, T3 staff, and partners nationally and internationally. This role ensures that fundraising strategies, donor communications, sponsorship outreach, and funding goals are aligned with organizational objectives, budgets, timelines, and stewardship standards.
For 2026 our youth programs are expanding in 10 markets nationwide which include Tampa, Orlando, West Palm Beach, Dallas, Houston, Detroit, Knoxville, Greensboro, San Diego, and NYC.
**What We Are Looking For**
We are seeking a joyful, passionate, and dedicated individual with a heart for people and evangelism, combined with experience in fundraising, donor relations, and resource development. This person will be excited to support our ministry, serve our team, cultivate meaningful partnerships, and help spread the gospel nationally and internationally.
* Develop and execute fundraising strategies to support programs, events, and national expansion
* Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with donors, sponsors, foundations, and funding partners
* Coordinate fundraising campaigns including events, sponsorships and giving initiatives
* Manage donor communications including emails, reports, acknowledgments, and stewardship updates
* Collaborate with leadership on fundraising goals, budgets, and revenue projections
* Support grant writing efforts and funding applications when needed
* Track fundraising performance metrics, donor engagement, and revenue growth
* Ensure all fundraising activities align with organizational mission, faith values, and stewardship standards
* Represent the organization at fundraising events, donor meetings, partnership meetings, and public engagements
* Research and connect with new sponsors, partners and vendors
**Work Expectations**
This role requires strong organization, relationship building, communication, and flexibility. The Fundraising and Partnership Specialist will collaborate with leadership, staff, and partners to ensure sustainable funding, strong donor relationships, and effective fundraising efforts while supporting expansion across multiple markets.
**Qualifications**
* Previous experience in fundraising, donor relations, or development. Open to periodic travel.
* Strong organizational and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to last minute changes.
* Excellent communication skills, time management and customer service
* Proficient in using fundraising platforms, spreadsheets, and project management tools.
* Must be available for PRN scheduling with potential for part time hours during peak season.
**Schedule \& Compensation**
PRN to Part Time flexible scheduling based on fundraising calendar.
Compensation based on experience and scope of responsibility.
