General Education Teacher - Mathematics and College Algebra

**Overview** We are seeking a qualified and dedicated General Education Instructor specializing in Mathematics and College Algebra. The instructor will be responsible for delivering engaging, student\-centered instruction, supporting diverse learning needs, and helping students build the mathematical skills necessary for academic and professional success. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience teaching in an online or hybrid learning environment, and a commitment to maintaining high academic standards. **Duties and Responsibilities** * Develop and deliver lesson plans aligned with course objectives and curriculum standards. * Teach mathematics courses, including College Algebra and related general education math subjects. * Use instructional technology and online learning platforms, including Moodle, to support student learning. * Create and administer assignments, quizzes, exams, and other assessments. * Provide timely feedback and academic support to students. * Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance. * Promote an inclusive and respectful learning environment. * Collaborate with academic leadership and colleagues to support curriculum improvement and student success. * Follow institutional policies, procedures, and applicable academic standards. **Minimum Requirements** * Master’s degree in Mathematics or a closely related field. * Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience. * Experience teaching through online platforms, preferably Moodle. * Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills. Pay: $15\.00 \- $25\.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
