We combine audience demand, community, and technology to create a new kind of live events ecosystem. We’re looking for ambitious, proactive interns to help grow audiences and support real event launches during our upcoming pilot. This is a **hands\-on role** with real responsibility — not a passive internship. **What You’ll Do** * Help drive audience growth for live events * Support marketing campaigns (social media, outreach, referrals) * Activate fan demand and engagement * Assist with event setup and launch operations * Work directly with artists, fans, and the internal team * Identify what’s working and suggest improvements **What We’re Looking For** * Strong interest in music, live events, or entertainment * Self\-starter mindset — you take initiative and get things done * Comfortable working in a fast\-moving startup environment * Strong communication and problem\-solving skills * Bonus: experience with social media, marketing, or community building **What You’ll Gain** * Real startup experience (not busy work) * Direct involvement in live events * Exposure to growth, marketing, and operations * Opportunity to take ownership and grow with the company **Screening Questions (Required)** Please answer the following: * Why does this role interest you specifically? * Tell us about something you’ve built, started, or grown (project, page, event, etc.) * If an artist has low ticket sales, what would you do to increase demand? * How many hours per week can you realistically commit? **youbloom** **Vision:** youbloom’s vision is to make live music performance easier and better for all. **Mission:** youbloom’s mission is to expand the delivery of amazing live music experiences by increasing the connectedness of fans, artists, promoters, and venues. **Background: youbloomDublin \& youbloomLA** In 2010, youbloom got started as an annual online song contest, with judging led by The Boomtown Rats frontman, Bob Geldof. After three years, the song contest evolved in 2013 into **youbloomDublin**, an annual showcase music festival and conference in Dublin, Ireland, featuring 91 artists/bands from 11 countries. In 2014, **youbloomLA**, a parallel annual music festival and conference, was launched. youbloom is now connected to thousands of artists and hundreds of music industry leaders and companies. **youbloomConnect Shows** In 2018, the company conceived **youbloomConnect**—curated, high\-quality live and online music shows for emerging artists, with audiences of 75 to 300 in unique local venues. These shows are delivered by local youbloom promoters called CityReps and are enhanced by youbloom algorithms that increase the connectedness of fans, artists, and CityReps. Work Location: Remote
