As a **human resources (HR) project manager** **lead** in the Corporate Human Resources (HR) Project Management Office (PMO), you'll lead the end\-to\-end delivery of large, complex corporate HR projects and programs. In this role, you'll work with project sponsors and various stakeholders, including business and technical resources. Projects are enterprise\-level and may vary widely from system implementations to HR initiatives to large\-scale programs. You’ll perform all aspects of project management, including developing project scope and objectives, stakeholder analysis, project planning, project team communication, and organizational change management. Additionally, you’ll lead project teams in requirements gathering, testing, and implementation to successful project completion. This position will directly support the Centralized HR Team (CHRT). **Must\-have qualifications** * High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum nine years of related work experience leading projects and project delivery. * {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of six years related work experience leading projects and project delivery. **Preferred skills** * Proven project management experience, including experience managing HR projects, with the ability to initiate and lead a project with little direction or supervision, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. * Familiar with industry\-standard project management principles and methodologies (PMBOK, Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Hybrid); certification(s) in project management. * Demonstrated ability to influence, consult, and collaborate with all levels in the organization, including senior business leaders, to obtain desired results. * Experience working cross\-functionally with business and technical resources to implement new systems, initiatives, and/or programs, including change management. * Technical competence and proficiency in project management software, including experience building complex project plans. **Compensation** * $98,400 \- $131,200/year * Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance **Benefits** * 401(k) with dollar\-for\-dollar company match up to 6% * Medical, dental \& vision, including free preventative care * Wellness \& mental health programs * Health care flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, \& life insurance * Paid time off, including volunteer time off * Paid \& unpaid sick leave where applicable, as well as short \& long\-term disability * Parental \& family leave; military leave \& pay * Diverse, inclusive \& welcoming culture with Employee Resource Groups * Career development \& tuition assistance * Onsite gym \& healthcare at large locations Energage recognizes Progressive as a 2025 Top Workplace for: Innovation, Purposes \& Values, Work\-Life Flexibility, Compensation \& Benefits, and Leadership.
