This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on learners aiming to achieve their academic or professional goals. **Responsibilities** * Design and deliver comprehensive IELTS preparation courses tailored to diverse student needs and proficiency levels * Develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate current learning technology and innovative teaching methods * Assess students’ progress regularly through tests, assignments, and feedback sessions to ensure continuous improvement * Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive learning environment * Adapt instructional strategies for adult learners, including those in special education or with unique learning requirements * Incorporate curriculum development best practices to keep course content relevant, challenging, and aligned with IELTS standards * Provide clear presentation of exam techniques, writing skills, speaking practice, listening exercises, and reading comprehension strategies * Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and refine teaching approaches for optimal student outcomes **Experience** * Proven classroom experience in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL), preferably with IELTS preparation focus * Strong background in tutoring or working directly with students of various ages, including adults and those in special education settings * Familiarity with learning technology tools used for online or hybrid instruction * Demonstrated ability to develop curriculum content and lesson plans that meet educational standards * Excellent presentation skills coupled with effective communication and writing skills * Experience managing classrooms effectively while fostering an engaging learning atmosphere * Knowledge of math concepts is a plus for integrating quantitative reasoning into language instruction Join us as an IELTS Teacher and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to empowering students through innovative teaching practices.
