Information Technology Project Management Task Lead

**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer\-oriented **Information Technology Project Management Task Lead** to join our CASTLE\-NET Program team. **This is a remote position**. Be a part of an agile team to provide innovative, customer focused, and cost\-effective integrated enterprise IT support services in support of the client’s vision of engineering solutions for the Nation’s toughest challenges. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** * Oversee and manage the execution of large\-scale federal projects within USACE IT. * Ensure alignment with client goals and adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards. * Comprehensive planning, coordination, and implementation of project activities, including resource allocation, risk management, and performance monitoring. * Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short\-term project growth and success. * Possess and apply a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. * Evaluate performance results and recommends major changes affecting short\-term project growth and success. * Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. * Deliver world\-class IT services and responsive, dependable customer support. * Exceed the expectations of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) OCIO/G\-6 IT end\-users. * Deliver vital solutions and strengthen the IT foundation with secure, innovative, and modernized technological solutions. **Minimum Qualifications:** * Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field. In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, an Associate degree \+2 years relevant experience, or 4\+ years relevant experience is acceptable * 8\+ years of project management experience in a federal contracting environment with experience in Agile methodologies and infrastructure engineering projects. **Preferred Qualifications:** * PMP certification * Familiarity with the USACE IT environment, regulatory requirements, and data security best practices are preferred. **Clearance Requirements:** * Must hold an active Secret security clearance prior to starting this position. **Physical Requirements:** * The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co\-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
