**Inside Sales Representative, Healthcare Professional Channel**
**GUNA Inc.** is the U.S. distributor of GUNA products, developed by GUNA S.p.A. in Italy. GUNA products are used by healthcare professionals across a range of clinical and wellness\-focused practices.
We are seeking an **Inside Sales Representative** to support continued growth within our healthcare professional channel. This role will focus on developing new healthcare professional accounts, following up on qualified leads, reactivating inactive customers, supporting product education, and helping grow professional account sales.
The right candidate should be comfortable with proactive outreach, consistent follow\-up, and moving qualified healthcare professional leads toward account activation, sales conversion and long\-term account growth.
This role is well suited for someone who enjoys a mix of outbound sales activity, warm lead follow\-up, product education, and long\-term account development within a professional healthcare channel.
This position reports to GUNA Inc.’s U.S. headquarters in Pennsylvania and may be remote, depending on location and experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for:
* Developing new healthcare professional accounts through phone, email, and video outreach
* Following up on leads generated through webinars, trade shows, sample requests, digital campaigns, and professional events
* Qualifying prospective healthcare professional accounts and identifying meaningful sales opportunities
* Reactivating lapsed or inactive professional accounts
* Supporting existing professional accounts through regular follow\-up, reorder support, and product education
* Helping customers with professional account setup, ordering options, product availability, and company resources
* Maintaining accurate customer notes, lead status, next steps, and follow\-up dates in SAP or other company systems
* Coordinating with customer service, marketing, and management to support account growth
* Participating in webinars, seminars, trade shows, and other professional events as needed
* Providing regular updates on sales activity, pipeline status, account growth, lost opportunities, and follow\-up priorities
**Qualifications**
The ideal candidate will have:
* 2\+ years of inside sales, B2B sales, healthcare sales, supplement sales, medical device sales, pharmaceutical sales, or related experience
* Proven ability to conduct outbound sales activity and follow up consistently
* Strong phone, email, and video communication skills
* Comfortable speaking with healthcare professionals, clinic staff, office managers, and business owners
* Ability to explain products professionally and compliantly
* Strong organization, follow\-through, and attention to detail
* Ability to manage a sales pipeline without constant supervision
* Comfortable working with sales goals, activity targets, account growth expectations, and lead conversion objectives
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and CRM or ERP systems
* SAP experience preferred, but not required
* Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, healthcare, or a related field preferred
* Experience with functional medicine, integrative medicine, homeopathy, supplements, or professional healthcare products is a plus
* Bilingual ability is a plus
**Compensation \& Benefits**
Expected first\-year total compensation generally ranges from **$55,000 to $70,000\+**, including base salary and commission opportunity, depending on experience, qualifications, account assignment, and sales performance.
