As an **IT agile delivery owner senior or lead** in the Enterprise Technology Enablement group, you'll lead agile teams through the end‑to‑end delivery of technology solutions for business partners, or partner with other delivery leaders on larger, more complex initiatives. In this role, you'll focus on maximizing business value, improving flow, and ensuring delivery outcomes align with organizational goals. You'll leverage a variety of delivery approaches, including but not limited to Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid models. You'll collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and technology teams to manage dependencies, remove impediments, guide prioritization, and continuously improve how work gets done.
This is a remote position for US based work only.
**Must have qualifications**
**Senior level*** A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Agile Delivery Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager, or an equivalent leadership role for development team member using scrum, kanban, or other industry standard agile practices
* {OR} Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business\-related discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Business Management) and a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Agile Delivery Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager, or an equivalent leadership role for a development team using kanban, scrum, or other industry standard agile practices
* Certified ScrumMaster and/or Professional Scrum Master I required in addition to the above education and/or experience
**Lead level*** A minimum of 7 years of experience as an Agile Delivery Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager, or an equivalent leadership role for development team member using scrum, kanban, or other industry standard agile practices
* {OR} Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business\-related discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Business Management) and a minimum of 4 years of experience as an Agile Delivery Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager or an equivalent leadership role for a development team using kanban, scrum, or other industry standard agile practices
* Certified Advanced ScrumMaster and/or Professional Scrum Master II, plus Agile Leadership Certification required in addition to the above education and/or experience.
**Preferred Skills*** Proven ability to operate holistically across teams, platforms, and stakeholders, understanding how work flows through the system and how local decisions impact broader delivery outcomes
* Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret delivery metrics, identify patterns and risks, and dynamically adapt approaches to improve outcomes
* Demonstrated experience leading through ambiguity, managing delivery expectations using transparency, data, and clear communication around capacity, risk, and tradeoffs
* Strong agile leadership presence, able to influence without authority, foster accountability, and coach teams and individuals at varying levels of agile maturity
* Experience leveraging flow and delivery metrics (e.g., throughput, cycle time, WIP, predictability) to tell the story behind the work and drive continuous improvement
**Compensation*** $97,650 \- $131,200/year
* Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
