As an **IT project manager** within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), you’ll lead high\-impact, multi\-platform projects that drive enterprise\-wide transformation and support key business areas like Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Enterprise Technology. You’ll oversee complex initiatives from concept to execution, balancing scope, cost, schedule, and quality in a fast\-paced, tech\-driven environment. Partnering with executives and senior stakeholders, you’ll provide strategic leadership to cross\-functional teams. Leveraging AI, Agile, and Lean practices, you’ll champion innovation, accelerate outcomes, and deliver measurable business value. This leadership role offers significant influence, shaping mission\-critical initiatives and long\-term strategy while providing strong visibility and growth potential. Occasional travel to a meeting and/or training is required. We are hiring for multiple openings across the Enterprise Portfolio Delivery organization.
