IT Systems Engineer Senior

As a **systems engineer senior**, in our Corporate Delivery Legal IT team, you'll provide technology services and operational support for Corporate Legal, House Counsel, and Corporate Investigations. In addition to core infrastructure and operations responsibilities, you'll provide Tier 2 support to troubleshoot and resolve issues for legal technology platforms, such as Exterro or similar e‑discovery, legal hold, or digital forensics tools. You'll partner closely with Legal, Corporate Investigations, and external vendors to support systems used for investigations, compliance, data preservation, and discovery. This is a remote position for US based work only. Occasional travel (generally once per quarter) may be required. Must be able to work assigned schedule subject to Progressive's flexible schedule policies and practices. Able to work variable and flexible hours, such as nights, weekends, and holidays in response to business needs.
