Java + JavaScript Solutions Architect

GO Destinations is seeking an experienced and forward\-thinking Senior Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Java and JavaScript to help lead the evolution of our internal technology platforms and AI\-driven business systems. This is not a maintenance role. What You’ll Do * Architect and enhance enterprise\-grade applications using Java and JavaScript * Design scalable APIs, workflows, and integrations across platforms * Collaborate with leadership to modernize operational processes through AI and automation * Support development of agentic AI workflows and intelligent automation tools * Improve platform performance, stability, and user experience * Guide technical standards, architecture decisions, and best practices * Work closely with internal teams across operations, service delivery, analytics, and customer experience * Participate in technical planning, roadmap development, and innovation initiatives * Help bridge business strategy with technical execution Ideal Experience * Strong experience with Java\-based enterprise applications * Strong modern JavaScript experience * Experience with APIs, integrations, and scalable architecture * Experience with cloud\-based systems and distributed applications * Understanding of workflow automation and AI\-assisted systems * Ability to think strategically, not just tactically * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Comfortable working in a fast\-moving, evolving environment Preferred Experience * AI integration or agentic AI workflow experience * Experience modernizing legacy systems * Experience building customer\-facing platforms * Knowledge of automation frameworks and orchestration tools * Experience working with global or distributed teams Why GO Destinations GO Destinations is an award\-winning global destination services company supporting relocating employees and clients worldwide.
