Your future role at a glance: **Location:** Remote**Department/Specialty:** Market Technology**Schedule:** Day shift \| Full\-time**Salary range:** 59,738\.98 \- $83,271\.94 per year How you'll make an impact in this role: * Provide technical expertise in one or more information technology disciplines to support the organization's technical infrastructure. * Apply basic understanding of the principles of information technology with working knowledge in one or two technology environments. * Choose from established procedures to address customer problems. * Direct customers to the correct resources when necessary for problem resolution. * Write fundamental documentation in a clear, concise manner and according to standards. * Share knowledge effectively within the work team. Form productive relationships with internal customers by listening, clarifying, and responding effectively. What minimum qualifications you'll need: Education:* High School diploma equivalency and 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
