**Junior Business Analyst (Growth Role)** **The Mission:** We have a lot of big ideas and a very talented dev team, but we need a "translator" to sit in the middle. We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious, asks a million questions, and loves organizing chaos into a clear plan. **What a typical week looks like:** * You’ll sit in on sessions with our product owners and architects to learn how we translate a business "wish" into a technical reality. * You’ll spend time writing User Stories. This isn’t just technical writing; it’s explaining *exactly* what a feature should do so a developer can build it without guessing. * You’ll use SQL and Excel to find patterns. If a project is slowing down or a bug keeps appearing, you’ll be the one helping us dig into the "why." * You’ll keep our JIRA boards clean and make sure everyone—from the testers to the stakeholders—is on the same page regarding timelines and goals. **We’re looking for someone who:** * If you see a process that's broken, you want to fix it. * You don't need to write code, but you should be the kind of person who enjoys figuring out how an app's API works or why a database is structured a certain way. * Since we work with healthcare data, having a "privacy\-first" mindset is a non\-negotiable for us. **The "Must\-Haves":** * A degree(bachelor's) that shows you can think critically. * A mastery of Excel that goes beyond just making lists. * The ability to write clearly.
