Divorce.law is a fast\-growing legal media platform focused exclusively on divorce, custody, child support, alimony, and family law information.
We are building a national network of law firm partnerships around high\-intent divorce and family law content. Our platform attracts people actively researching divorce\-related legal issues, tools, calculators, checklists, and local legal resources.
We are looking for a sales professional to help sell exclusive county sponsorships, jurisdiction sponsorships, email sponsorships, and page\-level advertising opportunities to family law firms.
This is an early opportunity to help build the revenue engine for a growing legal media platform.
What You’ll Sell
You will sell sponsorship and advertising opportunities to family law firms, including:
* Exclusive county sponsorships
* Local law firm placement opportunities
* High\-intent page sponsorships
* State and jurisdiction sponsorships
* Email sponsorships
* Featured placement on divorce and family law resource pages
* Sponsorship packages connected to divorce, custody, child support, alimony, and local legal content
This is not a generic SEO or PPC sales role. Divorce.law is focused on one category: divorce and family law.
Our model is built around high\-intent legal traffic, local market visibility, and limited sponsorship inventory.
Responsibilities
* Prospect family law firms by county, city, metro area, and state
* Contact law firms through outbound calls, emails, and follow\-up sequences
* Book and conduct sales conversations with attorneys and law firm owners
* Sell recurring sponsorship and advertising packages
* Explain the value of high\-intent divorce/family law traffic
* Help law firms understand exclusive county and jurisdiction sponsorship opportunities
* Manage leads, pipeline, notes, and follow\-ups in a CRM
* Work directly with the founder to refine the sales pitch, pricing, objections, and sponsorship packages
* Help identify the strongest markets, firms, and sponsorship opportunities
* Provide feedback from law firms to improve the offer and sales process
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has experience selling marketing, advertising, sponsorships, lead generation, SEO, PPC, directory listings, coaching, or growth services to law firms or local professional service businesses.
Experience selling to attorneys or law firm owners is strongly preferred.
You may be a great fit if you have experience with:

Prior experience with or around companies such as Justia, Avvo, FindLaw, Martindale\-Nolo, Super Lawyers, Scorpion, legal SEO agencies, legal PPC agencies, or other law firm marketing companies is a strong plus.
Requirements
* Strong phone, email, and follow\-up skills
* Comfortable speaking with attorneys and law firm owners
* Ability to explain marketing value clearly and confidently
* Experience with outbound sales or prospecting
* Organized and comfortable using a CRM
* Self\-directed and able to work remotely
* Comfortable joining an early\-stage growth opportunity
* Able to test, learn, and improve the sales process quickly
Preferred Experience
* 1\+ year selling to law firms, attorneys, or professional service businesses
* Experience selling recurring monthly packages
* Experience with sponsorships, advertising, lead generation, SEO, PPC, or media placements
* Experience booking and/or closing sales calls
* Familiarity with family law, divorce law, or legal marketing is helpful but not required
Compensation
This role offers a base/draw plus commission.
Compensation will depend on experience and fit, but the expected range is:
$60,000–$150,000\+ per year
Top performers may earn more as sponsorship revenue grows.
Commission opportunities may include:
* Commission on county sponsorships
* Commission on page sponsorships
* Commission on jurisdiction sponsorships
* Commission on email sponsorships
* Bonuses for new monthly recurring revenue
* Bonuses for annual prepaid sponsorships

We are focused entirely on divorce and family law. Our sponsorship model is based on limited inventory, local market visibility, and high\-intent legal information traffic.
The right salesperson will have a chance to help shape the sales process early and build a meaningful recurring revenue channel.
