As a **customer strategist lead** on our Commercial Lines Acquisition Experience team, you will be responsible for guiding impactful projects that shape our digital quoting experience, with a particular focus on advancing UX/UI enhancements to deliver results for our diverse user groups. The position requires someone who can assess overall quoting workflows, identify opportunities for innovation, and apply data\-driven insights to accelerate growth and maximize value within the Commercial Auto quoting experience. In this position, you'll drive alignment and decision making across our aligned scrum team and serve as a connector to the broader business, ensuring that projects reflect customer needs, acquisition priorities, and success metrics. Additionally, you'll guide project discovery and clarify objectives, helping express the "why" behind the projects you lead and promote continuous improvement while remaining aligned with intended outcomes.
