Lead Solution Architect – Microsoft Azure & AWS Certified

**Job Overview** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Solution Architect to design, implement, and support secure, scalable, and compliant cloud solutions across multi\-cloud and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in AWS, Azure, and on\-premises integrations, along with strong knowledge of Zero Trust architecture, FedRAMP compliance, and cloud security operations. This role requires hands\-on architecture and engineering experience, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to support complex government or regulated environments with a focus on security, automation, and operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and implement secure multi\-cloud architectures across AWS and Azure environments. * Lead hybrid cloud integration initiatives involving cloud and on\-premises infrastructure. * Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC) for Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) * Private Access for multi\-cloud environments * Private DNS * Internal PKI with certificate automation * Develop and maintain infrastructure automation using AWS CloudFormation for Linux and Windows VM image deployment. * Support FedRAMP Moderate compliance initiatives aligned with NIST 800\-53 Rev 5 controls. * Manage and optimize Splunk SIEM integrations for cross\-cloud log ingestion, normalization, monitoring, and threat correlation. * System Security Plans (SSP) * POA\&M documentation * Control remediation evidence * ATO package support * Collaborate with security, DevOps, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure and compliant cloud operations. * Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and best practices to engineering teams and stakeholders. * Participate in troubleshooting, incident response, and root cause analysis for cloud infrastructure and security issues. * Support continuous improvement initiatives related to cloud governance, automation, and operational efficiency. **Required Qualifications** * Minimum five (5\) years of direct hands\-on technical experience supporting cloud systems. * AWS and Azure cloud platforms * Hybrid / on\-premises integrations * Infrastructure automation and orchestration * Experience implementing and supporting Zero Trust architectures and secure remote access solutions. * Strong understanding of cloud security principles, IAM, networking, DNS, PKI, and certificate lifecycle management. * AWS CloudFormation * Linux and Windows server environments * Splunk SIEM * Experience supporting FedRAMP Moderate environments and NIST 800\-53 Rev 5 compliance requirements. * Experience creating and maintaining SSPs, POA\&Ms, ATO documentation, and remediation tracking. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills. * Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives in complex environments. **Mandatory Technical Skills** * AWS \& Microsoft Azure * Multi\-Cloud \& Hybrid Cloud Architecture * Zero Trust Security Architecture * AWS CloudFormation Automation * FedRAMP \& NIST 800\-53 Rev 5 Compliance * Splunk SIEM \& ATO/SSP/POA\&M Documentation **Preferred Skills** * Experience supporting government, defense, or highly regulated environments. * Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. * Experience with infrastructure\-as\-code, automation frameworks, and cloud governance tools. * Knowledge of security monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response processes.
