As a **manager of data analysis** on the Commercial Auto Rater Tool \& Product Monitoring team, you'll lead a team of associate managers and analysts. Your team ensures products brought to market perform as intended, function accurately, and drive profitable growth. You'll work closely with partners across the business to coordinate rating accuracy, support quality assurance for new rating features, assess the stability of premium impacting data elements, and evaluate the effectiveness of product models. You'll maintain this business's quality standards and prioritize shaping the strategic direction of the analytical systems and tools your team builds. This will enable scalability, increased automation, and a multi\-product future.
