Focus on fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and technical excellence. * **Strategic Vendor \& Partner Governance:** Oversee large\-scale outsourced partners and managed service providers, ensuring they meet strict performance standards and deliver high\-quality results. * **Digital Transformation \& Innovation:** Drive enterprise\-wide initiatives to transition the workforce from legacy hardware to modern cloud\-based systems, utilizing digital experience tools to proactively improve employee productivity. * **Organizational Alignment \& Culture:** Build a collaborative environment that bridges technical silos, ensuring the team remains agile and composed while managing multiple high\-priority projects in a fast\-paced setting. What minimum qualifications you'll need: Education:* High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. * 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. What additional requirements you'll need: * **Operational Excellence:** Deep knowledge of ITIL frameworks, ensuring the department follows industry\-standard best practices for service, support, and security patching. * **Strategic Execution \& Delivery:** Proven track record of taking complex, multi\-phase technical roadmaps from concept to completion—delivering high\-quality results on time and within scope.
