As a **marketing data analyst senior** on the Customer Relationship Management Customer Experience team, you’ll support direct mail, email, inbound and outbound call, and mobile app campaigns through the execution of processes, analyses, and reporting. You’ll play a critical role in every stage of a project’s life cycle including initial planning and experimental design, report building to monitor project health, analyzing results using statistical methods, and communicating findings to stakeholders including recommendations on the next best actions.
