**Overview**
Naylor is seeking a proactive, innovative, and data\-driven **Marketing Manager, Employer Acquisition** to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that power the performance of our association partners' job boards. This role will own driving employer awareness, engagement, and conversion, while also building high\-intent healthcare job seeker audiences through UX\-driven campaigns and content experiences that increase application rates and repeat visits. You will develop audience development strategies, optimize career\-site journeys, and create content that guides clinicians and healthcare professionals from first touch to completed application across Naylor\-owned (healthcareercenter.com) and partner career sites.
This team member will be a strategic liaison between Marketing and our Careers division, translating labor market intelligence, SEO/SEM insights, and behavioral data into scalable campaigns, optimized user flows, and high\-converting content. The ideal candidate will use digital marketing technology – including AI, marketing automation, experimentation frameworks, and UX insights – to create efficient, measurable programs that deliver sustainable growth in employer engagement, job posting revenue, and qualified healthcare job seeker conversions.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Strategic Leadership and Planning**
* Lead the development and execution of the employer acquisition marketing strategy, setting priorities, developing annual and quarterly plans, and aligning initiatives with revenue and growth goals.
* Build and execute a healthcare job seeker audience development strategy that leverages SEO, social, email, and association channels to grow and retain engaged clinician and allied health talent communities.
* Identify and integrate advanced digital marketing tools (AI, programmatic, SEO/SEM, retargeting, data enrichment) to maximize reach and acquisition efficiency.
* Define and own KPIs for employer awareness, lead generation, conversion, and job seeker traffic/engagement, including job seeker funnel performance (visit\-to\-search, search\-to\-view, view\-to\-apply, and apply\-to\-complete); evaluate data regularly to optimize for continuous improvement.
**Sales Enablement**
* Partner with the VP of Careers to develop and maintain a robust suite of sales enablement assets including pitch decks, case studies, playbooks, and competitive analysis.
* Identify enablement gaps and develop tools that improve sales team productivity, conversion, and reporting accuracy within Salesforce.
* Ensure consistent messaging and positioning that highlights the unique value of association career centers and Naylor's healthcare recruitment network.
**Lead Generation, Funnel, and UX Development**
* Design and execute multi\-channel employer acquisition and nurturing campaigns to grow a qualified pipeline for job posting sales and Naylor\-owned boards.
* Develop and optimize job seeker journeys across landing pages, search, filters, alerts, and application flows to reduce friction and improve conversion, particularly for busy healthcare professionals accessing sites via mobile.
* Partner with Product and UX to test and refine site architecture, search filters, job alerts, and personalization features that increase relevance and repeat usage among healthcare job seekers.
* Manage campaign planning and segmentation across paid media, SEO, email, content marketing, and events – optimizing based on performance metrics and ROI.
* Partner with association clients to provide co\-branded toolkits, creative assets, messaging strategies, and content (career guides, salary insights, specialty landing pages, webinars) that attract niche healthcare audiences and drive employer traffic, job seeker visits, and application volume to their job boards.
**Market Intelligence and Insight Development**
* Guide research and analytics efforts to synthesize labor market, employer behavior, and competitor insights into actionable recommendations for Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
* Analyze healthcare job seeker behavior across devices, specialties, and experience levels to inform UX, content, and audience development strategies that improve both volume and quality of applications.
* Package findings into content, dashboards, and briefings that help partners and internal teams identify new opportunities and measure impact.
**Content and Campaign Development**
* Lead messaging strategy and creative direction for employer\-focused communications, ensuring consistent, high\-impact storytelling across digital and offline channels.
* Own the content strategy for healthcare job seekers, including topic roadmaps, evergreen resources, and campaign content that addresses career decision points, improves engagement, and nudges candidates toward relevant roles.
* Use UX writing best practices to craft clear, action\-oriented copy for job seeker touchpoints (navigation labels, search prompts, filters, CTAs, form microcopy) that drive higher completion and lower abandonment.
* Implement an experimentation roadmap (A/B tests on headlines, layouts, calls\-to\-action, and content formats) to continuously improve conversion performance on key healthcare career journeys.
* Test and refine campaign copy, landing pages, and calls\-to\-action using data and experimentation frameworks.
**Cross\-Functional Leadership**
* Champion collaboration between Marketing, Sales, Product, Employer Support, and Account Management to align goals and maximize job board performance.
* Serve as Naylor's internal expert on employer acquisition marketing, recruitment media trends, and association job board value propositions.
**Success Looks Like**
* Sustained growth in employer leads, job posting conversions, and repeat business.
* Measurable improvements in **healthcare job seeker conversion rates** across the funnel (visit\-to\-apply and apply completion), driven by UX and content optimizations.
* Growth in engaged healthcare talent audiences (subscribers, job alerts, community members) who return frequently and generate consistent application volume for association partners.
* Increased average order value (AOV) across JPS sales.
* Enhanced sales team productivity through improved enablement and automation tools.
* Greater employer engagement and repeat posting activity on association job boards.
* Increased site traffic, visibility, and applicant volume across Naylor's and partner career centers, especially within priority healthcare specialties and roles.
* A scalable, data\-informed marketing program that solidifies Naylor's leadership in association\-driven recruitment marketing.
**Qualifications**
* 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement, demand generation, or recruitment marketing.
* Demonstrated success building integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
* Experience building and optimizing digital experiences for job seekers, patients, or other healthcare audiences, with a track record of improving UX and conversion.
* Hands\-on experience with content strategy, UX testing, and experimentation (A/B or multivariate testing) focused on driving user actions such as applications, registrations, or subscriptions.
* Strong data fluency, with the ability to translate analytics and insights into effective strategies and messaging.
* Proven ability to collaborate cross\-functionally and influence outcomes without direct authority.
* Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
* Experience in job boards, HR tech, talent acquisition, workforce analytics, or association marketing preferred.
