The **Marketing Manager – Media Buyer** manages all paid media investments across a portfolio of 14 HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service companies in 10 states and 15\+ markets. This role centralizes coordination between corporate leadership, local branch teams, and external media agencies. The goal is to drive measurable revenue growth while maintaining strict target advertising\-to\-sales ratios. **Location:** 100% Remote (with occasional travel for branch visits and planning meetings) **What You’ll Do:*** Command paid media spend across 14 brands and 15\+ geographic markets. * Enforce strict target advertising\-to\-sales ratios across all companies. * Architect digital and traditional channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, OTT/CTV, TV, Radio, and Direct Mail. * Co\-author market\-specific plans with agencies to maximize ROI and lead generation. * Act as primary liaison, holding external agencies to strict KPIs and SLAs. * Audit performance data including CPL, Cost per Booked Call, CPA, and ROAS. * Cultivate a continuous test\-and\-learn culture across channels, creatives, offers, and landing pages. * Synthesize actionable insights and recurring marketing data for corporate executives and local teams. * Harmonize marketing initiatives with local market capacity, seasonal trends, and competitive activity. * Scout emerging media opportunities and platform innovations to scale customer acquisition and market share. **What You Bring:*** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. * 5\+ years in media buying, paid media management, or multi\-location performance marketing. * Proven experience managing both digital and traditional media campaigns. * Strong analytical skills with data\-driven decision\-making capabilities. * Experience managing external agency relationships and vendor performance. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern marketing analytics tools. * Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, fast\-paced environment. **Why You’ll Love Working Here:*** Great company culture that focuses on growth, teamwork, and respect, and we like to have fun too! * Employee benefits start on the 1st of the month following hire date. + Medical (3 affordable medical plans to choose from), Dental and Vision Insurance + Company Paid Benefits: Short\-Term and Long\-Term Disability, Life Insurance + Employee Assistance Program (EAP) + Optional Benefits: Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, Supplemental Medical Insurance, Pet Insurance, and ID \& Legal Shield * 401k with Company Match! * Generous Paid Time Off and 9 Paid Holidays * **Compensation:** $115,000 to $130,000 base salary with bonus potential If you are a data\-driven marketer who thrives on accountability, strategic experimentation, and measurable growth, we want to hear from you!
