Our dedication is to all students who want to learn, regardless of their pace, and no matter what time of the day it is. **About the Role** **Responsibilities** * Give students preview/intro to tutoring experience (what they can expect, how they might improve, what tutor can provide them that course alone can not) * Prescribe how much/what type of tutoring a student needs based on background with MCAT, experience with MCAT, time until test, amount of time to study * Provide student with valuable information that can immediately contribute to their studying (study advice, test taking strategies, high yield content instruction) * Generate interest and excitement for Jack Westin tutoring program * Tutor students who purchase sessions after initial meeting * Document sessions with students to include notes on key takeaways and tutoring recommendations * Log all communication with students and advisors * Schedule meeting for student and advisor upon session completion * Email student prior to meeting with introduction and session reminder **Requirements** * MCAT Teaching Experience (1 year required) * MCAT score of 515 or higher * High energy, friendly, personable * Organized, responsive * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * CARS score above 128 **The pay range for this role is:** 40 \- 50 USD per hour(Remote)
